Michael Miller Wins Register of Deeds Race

We are so proud of Michael Miller, the new Democratic Register of Deeds for Charleston County! Mr. Miller is an entrepreneur in West Ashley and has served for many years on the Charleston County School Board. Through his non-profit organization, the Sam Williams Foundation, Michael has raised thousands of dollars over the years in his annual campaign to aid Charleston County’s most needy students. With his win, Mr. Miller has become the first African American Register of Deeds in Charleston County, an office in existence for over 200 years. We are so proud to have him representing us in Charleston County.
