A Big Thank You to Rep. Whipper

State Representative Seth Whipper is retiring from the state house to serve as a magistrate judge for Charleston County. He has been a tireless advocate in the House for the people of South Carolina since 1995, notably working alongside the late Representative Joe Neal combatting predatory lending. Although he will be greatly missed in Columbia, we are lucky to have him at the County Courthouse here in Charleston.
