Join the East Cooper Democrats for our monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 28th, at 7 p.m. For our November meeting, we will discuss Organizing to Elect Democrats in 2024 and hear from East Cooper Democrat member Cate Mayer on her organization Be The Ones.

It is crucial to begin organizing early and begin strategizing and shoring up volunteers for the 2024 election. The November meeting will be dedicated to discussing: - How the party organizes GOTV (Get Out the Vote), understanding the role of the Precinct President in GOTV, and reviewing the status of Precinct Presidents in East Cooper. - Ways to organize GOTV in East Cooper to increase Democratic turnout. - Describing the various volunteer opportunities and ways to increase volunteerism in East Cooper. - Lessons learned from past years and efforts.

Be The Ones is a nonpartisan grassroots organization building healthier communities, a more equitable democracy, and expanding power by removing barriers to local civic participation across the Southeast.
