Former SC Party Chair Carol Fowler will explain the process of becoming a delegate to the national convention in Milwaukee. There are a very limited number of delegate slots, so this process is highly competitive. It is recommended that anyone interested in becoming a national delegate attend this training to learn more about the different ways to improve your odds of being selected.
